A blog series for busy brides : Andrea with The Clayton Venues

In my next post in A Blog Series for Busy Brides I want to introduce you all to my friend Andrea; an Event Specialist for The Clayton on the Park + The Clayton House. Andrea has the warmest most inviting personality! The entire team at The Clayton Venues are detail-oriented, fun to work with, and incredibly professional. Wedding day dream team if you ask me! Here’s what Andrea had to share!

1) Tell us a little about yourself!

My name is Andrea and I’m an Event Specialist with The Clayton Venues! I coordinate and manage events at The Clayton on the Park and our larger Venue, The Clayton House. I’m an Arizona native and I love connecting with local vendors and business owners! You will often find me coordinating Styled Shoots, Open Houses and Industry Events as I love being involved with anything that’s creative.

2) What do you love most about what you do?

I love the diversity of my job! The Clayton Venues have something to offer for everyone. Whether you’re hosting a Wedding, Gala, Corporate Event, Mitzvah or Holiday Party- we’re a modern and unexpected alternative to the traditional ballroom!

3) What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a couple planning their perfect wedding day (specifically pertaining to your industry)?

Hire a Wedding Planner to assist you on your big day!  A common misconception is that Venue Coordinators also act as Wedding Planners. Venue Coordinators are busy ensuring everything is running efficiently with Catering, Bar, Linens, Vendors and much, much more! Wedding Planners are invaluable to keeping a Bride on track and stress free on her wedding day!

Thank you so much for reading a little bit about one of my favorite wedding day friendors! Next up is the incredible Mattie with Lola Lee Stationary and Invitations!
